Kev and myself are always thinking and talking about Roy,referring to him in our lessons to the students etc, got to say we miss him big time,personally I feel honoured to have been able to train with him and the fact that he took me from beginner to 1st Dan makes it extra special!

 Hi Guys have not been on the site for ages so I have only just seen the grading note Thank You It was well hard work and I hated that it was a Saturday as I was so tired from getting up early (bring back Friday evening Gradings). Nice that we seem to be incorporating some higher grade stuff in the lessons as the variety keeps the interest. Gotta go now as supposed to be working c u lata Much love Jackie D
